The price covers the 4 nights; there's a £125 cleaning fee on top, and a £100 refundable security deposit taken 24 hours before arrival. There's a fully equipped kitchen for Christmas dinner (no dishwasher, so bring a willing washer-up).
New Year 2026–27: £2,094
Wednesday 30 December to Saturday 2 January, 3 nights for up to 8 guests, plus the £125 cleaning fee. See in the new year with sea views to Scarborough Castle, a games room for the late-night pool tournament, and a clifftop walk on New Year's Day.

The beach is reached by a steep cliff path from next to the house, which isn't suitable for anyone with limited mobility. Scarborough and Filey are each about 10 minutes by car.
